New York, March 27, 2024 – – C-STAR successfully closed its FUND III, raising a total of 30 million USD, surpassing target size. As of today, more than 60% of the fund has been utilized for acquiring and renovating single-family rental properties in rapidly growing Sunbelt markets. With the remaining funds allocated, C-STAR is poised to surpass $100 million Assets Under Management (AUM). Raising a fund larger than its original target demonstrates the significant interest towards C-STAR’s growth strategy, driven by the team’s strong track record since its inception.
In 2023, C-STAR experienced remarkable growth, with its team expanding 2.4X from the previous year. This growth coincided with a 47% increase in revenue and a 48% growth in Assets Under Management (AUM).
